In the year 2020, multiple crises shook the world's economies, societies, and governments. The global spread of a deadly pandemic necessitated lockdowns and quarantine measures to control the spread of the virus. This resulted in a global recession and widespread unemployment, which exacerbated preexisting social and economic disparities. In addition to the pandemic, the world witnessed an increase in political unrest and social movements as individuals demanded accountability and change from their leaders. In many parts of the world, protests against police brutality, racism, and authoritarianism erupted, and were frequently met with violent repression by state authorities. In addition to natural disasters, cyberattacks, and geopolitical tensions, other threats emerged as the world struggled with these crises. In addition to raising new ethical and moral questions about the future of humanity, the rapid pace of technological change also prompted the emergence of new ethical and moral issues. The film follows a diverse cast of characters from around the world as they navigate the challenges of their time against a backdrop of chaos and unpredictability. From healthcare workers battling on the front lines of the pandemic to activists fighting for justice and equality, each character offers a unique perspective on the global situation. As the film progresses to Ukrain, it becomes evident that the crises of recent years have fundamentally altered the world and our way of life. People come together to build a better future for themselves and their communities, bringing hope and resilience to the midst of the chaos. The film concludes on an uncertain note, leaving viewers to ponder the future and how we can collectively rise to meet the challenges of our time. 

The theme of the short film is to convey the severity of the crisises in an exaggerated and frightening manner, creating a sense of fear and terror in the viewers. The use of orange color, lighting choices, and fog will enhance the atmosphere and contribute to the feeling of danger. The environment will be immersive, drawing the viewers into the world of the crisises.

The voice-over language in the presentation is authoritative and commanding, reflecting the severity of the crisis. The sound design also contribute to the immersive experience, with eerie music and sound effects that evoke fear and tension. We collaborate with Coffee Tham for the sound design and voice-over by Professor Matthew Sampson to bring the story to life in the viewers' minds.

These sources are inspirations while searching for an idea of the project. It was done by collecting the sources and comments.

These images serve as illustrations of the principles of light and color psychology. 

The initial technique involves using a basic shape - a triangle - to draw the viewer's focus to specific elements in the scene, namely the telephone and the road. By positioning the triangle to extend from the viewer towards the telephone, and manipulating the light source to fall within the triangle, we were able to capture the viewer's attention. Anything outside of the triangle was deemed unnecessary, so it was obscured with shadows and smoke. This way, the triangle serves as a tool to guide the viewer's attention towards the crucial elements of the story. 

The scene utilizes the atmosphere to convey a sense of depth. As the distance increases, the atmospheric ratio density is heightened. This density is not only a result of distance, but also due to the high temperature that increases the smoke density. The smoke is used to create the atmosphere and divert the viewer's attention. Additionally, the atmosphere allows the viewer to engage with and learn more about nearby elements.

The use of red and yellow colors in the atmosphere creates an air of mystery for the viewer, which aligns with the emotions intended by the script. The atmosphere is employed to remove boundaries around the viewer's focus area, and the color and atmosphere are used in tandem to evoke the desired emotions.
